Kathleen C. Robison 

Kathleen Robison applies over 3 decades of experience in supporting several highly regulated, complex federal government programs and  initiatives. Additionally, she has over 12 years of experience in managing the licensing, permitting, and reporting needs of small wineries.


  • Kathleen Robison provides technical expertise in the areas of both manual and electronic records management and document handing.  Her work has included evaluating several commercially available records management applications and modifying and implementing selected tools to provide more efficient and cost effective document handling and controlled access in both litigation and fraud investigation case support.  
  • Ms. Robison has provided both records management and analytical support in litigation cases and fraud investigations involving the design and implementation of free-form indexing and metadata development for large quantities of both manual and electronic free- form records and documents. 
  • Ms. Robison has performed as program and contract manager for multiple Records Management contracts with the Social Security Administration.  She provided program design, needs assessment, process analysis, development and implementation, and performance optimization in the daily handing of critical source documents related to both Disability (Title II) and Supplemental Social Income  (Title XVI) entitlements.  These projects spanned 11,000,000 highly active physical, original records and involved handling and manipulation of over 25,000 physical records per day in multiple locations.  
  • Ms. Robison has also provided concept development; program design, process analysis and implementation, and performance optimization, to several Federal agencies.  Her clients have included U.S. Immigrations and Naturalization Service, U.S. Public Health Service, Department of Defense, Naval Health Research Center, U.S. Army Environmental Hygiene Agency, and the U.S. Post Office.
